Registration for 2025 is Closed.
To register for a booth at the 2025 fair:
In September 2024, returning vendors will be contacted and offered a booth at the 2024 event, with a deadline to respond of October 31st, 2024.
In November 2024, if spots remain, new vendors will be able to apply for a booth. Stay tuned for details.

Exhibitor Expectations
Exhibitors are expected to have their own insurance and will need to supply proof of insurance at time of registration for LLF2025.
Exhibitors are not to take down their booth during the published hours of the event (9:00 until 2:30).
Exhibitors may only sell the things that they have listed on their registration form. Reselling of items (Tupperware, thirty-one, etc) is not permitted.
For exhibitors selling food, proof of EOHU health permit must accompany the registration form.
Registration will not be complete until payment, and all permits have been received. As of December 15th, any exhibitor that has not paid may not be guaranteed a spot in the fair.
The use of profanity, racist or offensive remarks will not be tolerated and could result in the exhibitor being asked to leave and subsequently banned from future LLF events.
One table and two chairs per booth will be provided, any additional tables are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Payment Information
The cost per single booth for 2025 is $60.00. Vendors and exhibitors will be able to pay electronically; an account must be set up through St. Thomas Aquinas school to be able to pay. If necessary, you may pay by cheque – please contact us if this is the case.
Advertisement
This event will be publicized through social media as much as possible. Exhibitors will be provided with a pdf notice if they choose to print so that regular customers will know where to find them in January.
Facilities
Both the gymnasium and atrium will be used for the LLF. A baby service room will be provided as well as a sitting area and coat check. Coffee will be served but the school will not be providing any lunches. There are usually several exhibitors that will offer food for purchase. The school will be open for set up on Friday evening from 7 until 8:30 pm and again on Saturday morning starting at 7:30 am.
Receipts and Parking
Receipts will be provided for the LLF2025 show at the time of payment. Parking passes will be provided as well as directions to parking locations.
COVID-19 Protocols
All health/COVID-19 protocols as required by the Eastern Ontario Health Unit will need to be followed.
